DIY: Hanging Round Mirror with Leather Strap (aka Captain’s Mirror)

I love the look of this mirror from BDDW, but at 1500 big ones it’s a little…yikes.

This guy from Candelabra is a little more affordable ($379.50 for the small one), but that’s still not awesome.

So obviously I went looking for a DIY. And I found this great tutorial from House & Home that makes it look super easy and cheap (they use a big Ikea mirror). Enjoy!

    “having trouble finding a knob.”
you did say it: a knob a door knob, or a knob for drawers, or one to hang your coat up. Any DIY store has a big choice. Or ask their personnel. – Anyway, this is what I will be using. I haven’t got t’mirror yet either – orthemoneymoneymoney
